Heavy Assault Missiles flight time is still too low, increase it from 3 to 6 seconds and then we can have a proper look at the Damnation and Sacrilege.

I certainly wouldn't argue if the -laser cap use got changed to a cap recharge bonus instead. The crux of the issue is laser base cap being lowered to the point where we can use lasers and get the cap usage bonus changed. I would suggest something...

Laser turret cap use down by 40-50%. Sawp the -laser cap use bonus for +10% per level to armour hp. Got to be a good thing.

This is what I'd like to see. All laser weapons get their base cap need reduced by 40-50%. All Amarr ships with a -10% laser cap use per level bonus have that swapped for +10% Armour HP per level. Profit!

The more i look at it, the more I reckon Khanid ships need bonuses that apply to both missile and rocket tree's. And the Damnation could possibly use 6 launchers, mind you it might not if the Heavy missiles were bonused as well.

Looking good so far, seems to be worth me training up missiles a bit more. Can you think about making the bonuses affect missiles as well as Rockets/HAM's. Khanid ships aren't that fast so getting into HAM range is an issue. Caldari missile ships...
